4/18/13 - The National Weather Service Tornado Watch warning is NO LONGER IN EFFECT for the following WHMI locations: Livingston County, Genesee County, Oakland County, Shiawassee County, and Washtenaw County. However, periods of rain and thunderstorms are expected to affect Livingston County and surrounding areas into the evening and overnight hours.
