1/28/14 - The Livingston County Community Alliance is now offering some incentive for local organizations interested in getting local youth to help fight substance abuse. The LCCA is now offering mini-grants for new projects of activities. To be considered, the proposals must increase awareness of substance abuse in Livingston County and directly involve youth in the planning or implementation process. Up to $500 is available for each project, and proposals are due by the end of February. Mini-grants are made available by the LCCA every few months, having most recently been offered in September of last year. More information and application forms can be found on the Community Alliance's Facebook page. A link is posted below. (TD)
