8/22/14 - The driver of a tractor-trailer involved in a central Ohio crash that killed a Livingston County couple and injured three has pleaded not guilty to charges including vehicular homicide. Authorities say 58-year-old Randall Lee of Christiana, Tennessee was driving a tractor-trailer Wednesday morning on US-23 in Delaware County when he rear-ended an SUV, triggering a four-vehicle crash. Lee pleaded not guilty Thursday to two counts of vehicular homicide and one count of failure to stop within an assured clear distance. The crash killed Curtis and Patricia Dixon of Howell. Two other drivers suffered less serious injuries, and one passenger was flown to a hospital. Funeral arrangements for the Dixons are being handled through the Sharp Funeral Home in Fenton, which says details are pending. (JK)
