2/1/14 - The winter weather and heavy snowfall accumulation is prompting local municipalities to declare snow emergencies. The City of Howell, The City of Brighton and the Village of Pinckney have declared snow emergencies as of 2pm Saturday afternoon. All vehicles must be removed from the street to allow public works personnel to perform winter maintenance in a safe and efficient manner. Vehicles that are not removed will be towed at the owner’s expense. (JM)
